Green Belt Progressing Smoothly!
We’re thrilled to share that the Green Belt journey is progressing smoothly!
🌟 Starting in Hull, UK, with a strong emphasis on Lean principles and data analysis, we’ve laid a solid foundation for data-driven problem-solving.
Our journey continued in Søborg, Denmark, where the team successfully completed the Improve and Control phases through hands-on training.
It’s been incredibly rewarding to witness our participants develop their skills and apply Lean Six Sigma tools to real-world challenges.

Green Belt Journey
We’ve just completed an engaging two-day Green Belt Training at the RoseDowns site, focusing on the DMAIC process these phases covered “Measure & Analyse”
RoseDowns has 3 of it’s Yellow Belts involved in the current wave of Candidates. It’s inspiring to see the team embrace Lean Six Sigma principles and lay the groundwork for ongoing improvement. Excited for the upcoming phases
Q4 Desmet Leadership Meeting as RoseDowns.
RoseDowns were thrilled to host the final Desmet leadership meeting of 2024, bringing together all business areas of Desmet. It was a fantastic opportunity to reflect on this year’s achievements and set our sights on future successes.
