Jeff has been a key part of our engineering team, working as a Commissioning Engineer and travelling across the globe to support our customers. His technical expertise, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile have made a lasting impact—not just on our projects, but on everyone who has had the pleasure of working with him.
When he’s not been on site, Jeff has been busy at home in his garden, growing fresh produce a passion we’re sure will now take centre stage in his retirement. Today we celebrate the remarkable career of Chris Ketley, Senior Design Engineer, who retires after an extraordinary 47 years of dedicated service to RoseDowns.
Chris’s influence on our engineering standards is unmatched. Known for his unwavering eye for detail, he brought precision, care, and craftsmanship to every design he touched. His meticulous approach has shaped not only our products but the very culture of engineering excellence within RoseDowns.
His personal motto — “BE THE SEED” — has always reflected his approach: plant ideas, nurture innovation, and inspire others to grow. And that is exactly what he has done. Chris has been the seed of so many breakthroughs, improvements, and successes across nearly five decades.
