How to Find Us:

De Smet Rosedowns

Our Offices are in Kingston upon Hull, Yorkshire, England.

Hull is at the eastern end of the M62, you can follow the M62, which turns into the A63 right into Hull.

Alternatively follow the A1079 from York or the A15 over the Humber Bridge from Lincoln and Lincolnshire.

From the West:

Follow the A63 under Humber Bridge into Hull.

As you enter the city centre follow the A63 over the flyover and then pick up left hand lane and turn Left onto the A1079 ("Ferensway"), signed towards York.

Follow "Ferensway" past the Railway Station. Approx 400m after the Station, turn Right onto Freetown Way. This is the second Right Turn with traffic lights, the "Campanile Hotel" should be across the road, diagonally  to your right.

After approx 800m take the first Left, at  the second set of traffic lights. Follow the  "Charles St / Bridlington Ave" round the "S" bends.  Rosedowns is in front of you.

Turn Right after the "S" bends into Cannon St. Our Car Park is on the left, in front of the "Multex Chemicals" offices, and across the road from our offices

From Humber Bridge:

Pass through Toll Booths, Turn Left at the first roundabout following the signs towards A63 - Hull Centre. Go straight across the second roundabout and then turn Left onto the A63 towards the  city centre passing underneath the Humber Bridge.

Follow the directions as if arriving from West.

From East and the Docks:

Follow A63 towards the City Centre. Stay on A63 crossing the River Hull and on past the Mariner and Holiday Inn Hotel. Get into the Left Hand Lane and take the slip road just after the Hotel, signed to City centre and A1079 - York Turn around at the junction, crossing the A63 and pick up the A1079 ("Ferensway").

Follow "Ferensway" past the Railway Station. Approx 400m after the Station, turn Right onto Freetown Way. This is the second right Turn with traffic lights, the "Campanile Hotel" should be across the road, diagonally  to your right.

From North and York:

Follow A1079 in to Hull 

Follow the A1079 right into the city centre and at the large junction with traffic lights by the "Campanile Hotel" turn Left onto Freetown Way.

After approx 800m take the first Left, at  the second set of traffic lights. Follow "Charles St / Bridlington Ave" round the "S" bends.  Rosedowns is in front of you.

 Turn Right after the "S" bends into Cannon St. Our Car Park is on the left, in front of the "Multex Chemicals" offices, and across the road from our offices.

Arriving By Air
Humberside International Airport 30 minutes drive from Rosedowns	On exit from Airport, Turn left and head towards the M180 and the Humber Bridge. At A15 - M180 junction follow the A15 towards Humber Bridge. Cross the Humber Bridge and follow the local directions above.
1.5 hours drive from Rosedowns	On exit from Airport follow the signs to the M62. Follow the M62 - A63 East towards Hull. Stay on the A63, pass under the Humber Bridge and follow the local directions above.
2.5 hours drive from Rosedowns	On exit from Airport follow the signs to Leeds via M60 & M62 East. At Leeds stay on  M62 - A63 East towards Hull. Stay on A63 pass under Humber Bridge and follow Local Directions above.

Arriving By Rail
Hull Paragon Station 5 minutes drive from Rosedowns	Take Taxi or follow Local Directions above.
